This offer for short-term and long-term lease is intended exclusively for the embassies of foreign countries accredited in the Czech Republic through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or international and integration groups in the Czech Republic, and is mainly associated with the provision of mission rooms and accommodation for their members.
In the case of non-manifestation of interest of the said subjects in the lease of the offered properties, it will be proceeded in accordance with the conditions stipulated by Act No. 219/2000 Coll. about the property of the Czech Republic and its behavior in legal relations.
